I’m Rebecca Hayes.
I started out as a corporate career girl with corner office dreams. And for awhile, I worked like crazy to make that my reality. In that time, I changed jobs, careers, and even teams (multiple times) trying to make those corner office dreams fit the life I really wanted.
I watched the sacrifices the people just a position or two ahead of me made and began to question whether or not those corner office dreams were really worth it.
The reality is I wasn’t super willing to give up the career I had worked so hard to build, but something had to give. So I started exploring my options and decided to branch into entrepreneurship.
Sure, it was risky and terrifying!
But I had learned a lot about all the different changes we can make to have the life and career we want, even when it feels like we’re stuck!
And I was ready to put those skills to good use for others who, like me, were not happy riding that corporate conveyor belt just accepting what was put in front of them. Now that doesn’t mean you have to quit your job and become an entrepreneur, unless you really want to.
I’m here to help you define your own path whether that’s leveling up, changing jobs, changing careers or branching into entrepreneurship!
Of course, one of my former lives was as a CPA, so I never made any decision lightly. Instead I developed a process you can follow step by step so you’re confident in the decision you’re making before you take any steps to actually go through with it.
And one of the best things I did throughout this whole process for myself was stay on top of my finances so I had the courage to make each of those decisions.
I never wanted to feel backed into a corner in my life or career. It was my goal from the very beginning of adulthood to always have options and for me that stems from confidently being able to manage your money and never settling for less than you deserve.
Whether you feel like you’re already backed into a corner, starting from behind or just want to give yourself the same confidence and opportunities starting now, I’m going to be here every step of the way!
It’s not enough to set goals, you want to achieve them and I can help.
The first step helps you set clear goals. The next 6 are what helps you follow through to accomplish those goals.
