The advice to "follow your passion" is meant to be a guiding light but it may actually be unintentionally guiding women away from STEM careers.

Confidence is a skill and just like any skill it can be learned but it has to be practiced. Having self confidence in entrepreneurship isn’t a must in the beginning.
